Step 4:File I-130 Application, G-325A
Step 5:USCIS sends Receipt letters to the Sponsor and Beneficiary. Priority Date Issued.
Step 6 & Step 7:Have a Current Priority Date and Prepare From I-864
Step 8:File A Visa Application (DS-260) and be scheduled for an interview and Biometrics appointment.
Step 9:Immigrant Visa Approved.
Step 1:Plan and Prepare – Sponsor
Step 2:Plan and Prepare – Beneficiary
Step 3:Chose a Lawyer or Plan to Do-it-Yourself
Step 4:File I-130 Application, G-325A
